Our menu is enormous, with over 150 items. Way too many. Being a small company we just haven’t had the resources to have the proper nutritional analysis completed. However, we do know how important this information is to everyone and are working hard to get it done.

But before we can do that, we’re in the process of simplifying our menu and how we make everything in our stores. Our goal is to dramatically speed up how fast we make our food, while allowing everyone to order exactly what they want. Some new recipes, new packaging and new ideas will impact each menu item. But as soon as that’s done, we’ll be able to submit our menu to an outside company for professional analysis. Our goal is to provide detailed information on all our food -- down to individual ingredients and portion size.
